SHIPPING

Our shipping will be done only by “POSTE ITALIANE”.

Usually the goods will be delivered within 7/10 work days.

We can only ship to the countries you will find on our website.

We cannot ship in a automatic way to all the others countries which are not included into our website.

On the other hand you can send us an e-mail to shop@tonininteriors.com where you can explain us your shipping request; we will be happy to help you.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to dispatch orders to any bfpo address and p.o. box addresses.

PRICES

Please, check the shipping cost for each item on our website, because the cost depends on the base of the distance, weight and volume.

INSURED SHIPPING

We make the shipping without an insurance about the damage and loss.

If you need an insurance about damage and loss you can ask us when you are making the purchase.

CUSTOMS DUTIES

Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

We will ship only to the address and the name you have registered when you have made the order.

You will receive by e-mail a tracking number when the items will be dispatched.

SHIPPING TIME

After your payment and as soon as the goods will be available, we will make the shipping.

We will ship from Tuesday to Friday.
The orders which are made on the weekend will be dispatch on the next Tuesday.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control.

We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

“ WITH ALL RESERVE “

When you will receive the goods please check the boxes: if something will not be right write the phrase “with all reserve” on the courier document and after that sign in.

After that you have to write an email to shop@tonininteriors.com where you will explain us what happened.

It would be better if you can send us some pictures about.
